The Player's Relationship with Seu Lindo Site

1. The player’s use of the products, software, services, and websites of SEU LINDO SITE (collectively referred to as “Services” in this document) is subject to the terms of an agreement between the player and Seu Lindo Site. “SEU LINDO SITE” means Seu Lindo Site, a company with its principal place of business in X. This document explains how the agreement is structured and sets forth some of its terms.
2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by SEU LINDO SITE, the player’s contract with SEU LINDO SITE will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set forth in this document. These terms are referred to as the “Universal Terms.”
3. The player’s agreement with YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE will also include the terms of any Legal Notices applicable to the Services, in addition to the Universal Terms. All of these terms are referred to below as “Additional Terms.” In cases where Additional Terms apply to a Service, those terms will be available for the player to read within that Service or through the use of that Service.
4. The Universal Terms, together with the Additional Terms, constitute a legally binding agreement between the player and SEU LINDO SITE regarding the player’s use of the Services. It is important that the player read them carefully. Collectively, this agreement is referred to as the “Terms.”
5. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Additional Terms and those of the Universal Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail with respect to that Service.

Acceptance of the Terms

1. To use the Services, the player must first agree to the Terms. The player is not permitted to use the Services if he or she does not accept the Terms.
2. The player can accept the Terms:
   1. by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, if that option is made available by SEU LINDO SITE in the player interface for any Service; or
   2. effectively using the Services. In that case, the player understands and agrees that SEU LINDO SITE will consider their use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms as of that moment.
3. The user may not use the Services or accept the Terms if: (a) the user is not of legal age to enter into a legally binding agreement with SEU LINDO SITE; or (b) the user is subject to restrictions on receiving services imposed by the laws of X.

General Rules

1. SEU LINDO SITE reserves the right to review players' transactions and accounts at any time and without prior notice. If it is proven that a player has engaged in strategies deemed abusive, the site reserves the right to revoke that player's participation in the promotion.
2. In the event of a dispute, the decision made by SEU LINDO SITE will be final.
3. You may maintain only one open and valid account on SEU LINDO SITE, regardless of whether you are registered under similar or different nicknames, with the same first and/or last name, or under the name of a relative or friend who lives at the same address. If you have multiple accounts, we reserve the right to cancel all accounts and block any earnings or withdrawal requests you have made, permanently and irrevocably.
4. SEU LINDO SITE reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions and/or General Rules at any time. It is the player’s responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes or updates.
5. SEU LINDO SITE reserves the right to remove any player from the site for any reason not mentioned above, and is under no obligation to disclose such a reason. In such a case, the company’s sole obligation will be to refund the net deposits (confirmed deposits minus paid withdrawals) from the last 30 days. Any excess winnings will be forfeited.
6. By registering, the user acknowledges and agrees that it is strictly prohibited to disclose, in any forum or public medium, internal and confidential information about the website, including but not limited to: names of available games, names of employees, internal communications, transcripts and copies of emails, recordings of phone calls, WhatsApp messages, etc., under penalty of termination of their registration, in addition to other appropriate measures. In the event of any violation of this term, SEU LINDO SITE will request the immediate removal of such information from public channels; if this request is not complied with within a maximum of 24 hours, the website will take appropriate measures, including but not limited to judicial and extrajudicial actions, to ensure the user’s compliance with this term in accordance with applicable law. 

Player Accounts

1. The player acknowledges and agrees that:
   1. A player may only have one active account on Seu Lindo Site;
   2. In cases where multiple accounts exist, only the oldest account will be retained, and all other accounts will be immediately canceled without prior notice;
   3. In the case of family or joint accounts, SEU LINDO SITE reserves the right to request additional information and data to verify the authenticity of the accounts;
   4. When registering, players must choose a nickname that does not contain profanity or double entendres. If the nickname falls into one of these categories, SEU LINDO SITE reserves the right to change it without prior notice.
2. All requested information must be provided by the user. All information provided by the user must be accurate. The user must immediately notify SEU LINDO SITE in the event of any changes to the information. SEU LINDO SITE may verify the accuracy of the information received, either on its own or through third parties. SEU LINDO SITE may request documentary evidence of the information provided. SEU LINDO SITE may block or terminate a user’s account if the user has provided false or fraudulent information. Providing false or fraudulent information may constitute a criminal offense.
3. Any prize won on the website—whether from slot machines and games, or from sweepstakes and other promotions—may not be transferred to a third-party player, even if that third party complies with the prize rules. Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise in its rules, prizes are individual and non-transferable.

Account Security and Player Passwords

1. The user agrees and understands that he or she will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords associated with the account used to access the Services.
2. Accordingly, the player agrees to be solely responsible to SEU LINDO SITE for all activities that occur on their account.
3. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you agree to immediately notify SEU LINDO SITE at suporte@seulindosite.com
4. The player understands and agrees that while he is under review by the Security Department, the creation of new accounts or bets placed on linked accounts will not be permitted and/or accepted. If it is found that the player is betting on a different account, the player risks having his bonus, funds, and any subsequent winnings removed.

Services Provided by SEU LINDO SITE

1. The player understands that he or she must have the latest versions of the necessary software installed and meet the minimum hardware requirements in order to use the Services without any problems.
2. The player agrees and understands that in the event of a Service interruption, refunds will be processed following a review, and no guarantees are provided.
3. SEU LINDO SITE reserves the right to remove any earnings obtained through illegal means, whether intentional or not. This also applies to the use of technologies or software designed to circumvent the Service.
4. The player agrees to provide a statement for unrestricted use by the media on YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE. If the player also agrees, a photo will be requested, though submission is optional.
5. SEU LINDO SITE follows an audited and standardized payout rate averaging 92–96%. This payout rate is higher than the gaming industry average, including payout rates in Las Vegas. Seu Lindo Site is licensed by Parlay Games Inc. Both the software and the RNG from Parlay Games Inc. are certified by accredited testing organizations such as GLI and BMM, global leaders in testing, certification, and security for interactive games.
6. GLI and BMM evaluate gaming systems using rigorous analyses and testing procedures developed over many years. Their evaluations are specifically designed to address the complexities and security issues associated with interactive gaming systems. This certificate assures players that the site is fair and has been tested in accordance with the appropriate standards. GLI and BMM audit and test the RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure that the results are fair and completely random.
7. The gaming software on YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE is provided by Parlay Games Inc. and is certified in accordance with international e-gaming testing standards.

Behavior in Chat Rooms

1. The player understands and agrees that he or she must follow the following rules of conduct in the chat rooms:
   1. No complaints. All complaints must be submitted through direct communication channels with SEU LINDO SITE so as not to disrupt the flow of the chat or cause a confrontation;
   2. If you have an open ticket with the Help Desk and have not yet received a response, please allow our team the appropriate amount of time to respond to your open ticket;
   3. It is not permitted to exchange personal information, including email addresses, phone numbers, websites, and instant messaging and social media contact information;
   4. not to slander or defame SEU LINDO SITE, the management of SEU LINDO SITE, or any of its employees;
   5. Do everything you can to maintain a friendly atmosphere in the chat room, respecting others and welcoming new users;
   6. It is strictly prohibited to ask other players for money, gifts, or loans;
   7. Do not harass, slander, defame, insult, abuse, or threaten players or Chat Moderators; AND
   8. Any and all discussions about other online gaming sites, advertising for other sites, or recruiting players for other sites are strictly prohibited.
2. Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in the player being temporarily blocked from the chat rooms for 48 hours. Upon the third such block, SEU LINDO SITE reserves the right to ban the player from the chat rooms indefinitely.

Deposits

1. The player agrees to use the tools available on the website to make deposits responsibly. Any deposit made by the player is the player’s sole responsibility.
2. The player understands and agrees to the minimum and maximum amounts and the transaction limit within a given time frame for making deposits.
3. The player agrees to wait the time necessary for the credits listed on the website to be approved and released.
4. The player agrees that submitting proof of payment does not guarantee immediate release of the funds
5. The player agrees to comply with the deposit rules specified on the website before making a deposit
6. If a cleared deposit is not reconciled, it will be considered an outstanding balance for the player, which must be paid again to successfully complete the bank reconciliation. Winnings and/or prizes resulting from an unreconciled deposit and/or from an account with outstanding balances will not be eligible for withdrawal and may be canceled and voided. To resolve outstanding deposit balances, the player must use the same deposit method as the original payment.

Serve Rules

1. The player agrees to comply with the withdrawal and/or deposit rules specified on the website before submitting a withdrawal request.
2. The player agrees and understands that if they submit a withdrawal request that does not comply with the rules, SEU LINDO SITE may cancel all or part of that withdrawal request.
3. Withdrawals will be processed and released for payment within 3 business days starting from the day after the request date, provided the account has been verified.
4. Players may withdraw up to R$2,000.00 per week (7 consecutive days) *.
   *In the case of a jackpot payout**, different rules will apply.
   **Winnings from a “Royal Flush” hand on Video Poker machines do not constitute a jackpot, and the standard withdrawal rules will apply.
5. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$50.00.
6. YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE uses third-party providers to process financial transactions. Each payment processor sets its own deadlines and rules. YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE is not responsible for any delays in this process.
7. To make a withdrawal, the player must have made a deposit within the last 30 days. The player understands and agrees that, in order to withdraw winnings earned with the sign-up bonus, they must make a deposit before placing any bets. The player may request one withdrawal at a time. For security reasons, family accounts and/or household accounts may not have more than one pending withdrawal per family group/household across all sites in the network. Players may only have one pending withdrawal request at a time. If desired, players may return a partial amount or return/cancel the entire amount of the request if they decide to use the funds to participate in games again. Each deposit must be wagered at least once before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals from deposits that were not used for betting on Your Beautiful Site, or withdrawals of less than R$150, may be subject to a 30% fee to cover internal and payment processing costs.
8. Players must correctly enter their bank and personal information. Any additional fees resulting from incorrectly entered information (branch, account number, digits, etc.) will be deducted from their withdrawal.
9. To receive a withdrawal, you must have a bank account in the same name as the account holder for YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE. We DO NOT process withdrawal payments to third-party accounts.
10. The website will only process a withdrawal if the player meets all the conditions and does not violate any rules set forth in the Terms and Conditions and other Rules. In the event of fraud or abuse, the withdrawal will be canceled.
11. Before requesting a withdrawal, the player must ensure that the amount is not subject to the terms and conditions of any promotions or bonuses.
12. Any balance in the player’s account prior to the first deposit is considered a “trial balance” and is not eligible for withdrawal; it may be removed from the account at any time. Any future winnings derived from this “pre-deposit trial balance” are not eligible for withdrawal, regardless of whether deposits are made in the future.
13. Withdrawals of winnings derived from the use of bonuses (with the rollover requirement met) may be limited to up to 150% of the net deposits made in the last 30 days, counting from the date the request was submitted in the system.
14. Winnings from free bingo rooms are subject to a monthly withdrawal limit of up to R$100. Any winnings exceeding this amount may be deducted from the player’s account. Winnings from free bingo rooms will only be eligible for withdrawal if all other withdrawal rules are met. Otherwise, any winnings from free bingo rooms may be forfeited without the right to appeal.
15. If a cleared deposit is not reconciled, it will be considered an outstanding balance for the player, which must be paid again to successfully complete the bank reconciliation. Winnings and/or prizes resulting from an unreconciled deposit and/or from an account with outstanding balances will not be eligible for withdrawal and may be canceled and voided. To resolve outstanding deposit balances, the player must use the same deposit method as the original payment.

Bonus System and Rollover Rules

1. The player agrees to use the bonus system responsibly. In cases of abuse of the bonus system, the entire balance may be removed from the account.
2. The player acknowledges and agrees that the bonus amount awarded depends on various factors, such as: (a) VIP club level; (b) account creation date; (c) total deposit amount and monthly average deposit amount; among others.
3. The player understands that bonus funds are granted to players as a way to extend playtime and do not replace cash deposits and wagers. Any manipulation of our bonus system to avoid making new cash deposits and/or to facilitate subsequent withdrawals is considered intentional abuse. Players who engage in this behavior will have their bonus privileges suspended or may have a different rollover requirement applied to their deposit and promotional bonuses. 
4. The withdrawal amount may be limited in cases where a player is improperly abusing high bonuses and/or manipulating the intent of the promotions and bonuses offered. In such cases, the withdrawal amount may be limited to 150% of the net deposits made over the last 30 days. The player’s bonuses may also be disabled and/or reduced.
5. As a general rule, all ongoing promotions will be paid out as bonuses, unless otherwise specified in the promotion rules.
6. For deposit bonuses: Bets are placed using, in order, 1) cash balance and 2) bonus balance. For other bonuses: Bets are placed using, in order, 1) bonus balance and 2) cash balance. Bets placed with promotional bonuses (not related to deposits) do not count toward the rollover requirement for any balance that may already be qualified.
7. Players can choose to play with or without a bonus. If they choose to play with a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered on bets within the site (rollover) before it becomes available for withdrawal. For Slots, Video Bingo, Keno, Bingo (*), and Video Poker (**), the rollover requirement will be specified in the rules for each promotion.
   (*) Bets placed on Bingo count 150% toward the rollover: for every R$10 wagered, R$15 will count toward meeting the rollover requirement.
   (**) Bets placed on Video Poker count 30% toward the rollover: for every R$10 wagered, R$3 will count toward meeting the rollover requirement.
8. Roulette games (including Fortune 36, Golden Clover, Lucky Star, and Celtic Spirit), Blackjack, Baccarat, Table Poker, Craps, Pontoon, and Scratch Cards do not count toward the rollover requirement. Virtual Racebook 3D and Hi-Lo games (such as Virtual Racebook, Draw Hi-Lo, Top Card Trumps, Red Dog, Mini Hi-Lo, and Scratcherz) do not count toward the rollover requirement.
9. The player acknowledges and agrees that low-risk bets (e.g., black and red, even or odd in Roulette) are not permitted to count toward the total wager amount for rollover requirements. Players whom we believe are using low-risk betting tactics to withdraw their bonus winnings and/or cash may have their bonuses, cash, and any subsequent winnings removed.
10. The rollover requirement for deposit bonuses is calculated based on the sum of the deposit amount and the bonus. Example: A deposit of R$50 earns a R$25 bonus with a 35x rollover requirement. The total rollover amount required will be R$2,625 ((50 + 25) × 35).

    The rollover requirement for non-deposit bonuses, or for manual adjustments to deposit bonuses, will be calculated solely based on the bonus amount. Example: A R$25 tournament bonus with a 60x rollover requirement. The rollover requirement to be met will be R$1,500 (25 × 60).

11. Each promotion may have its own rollover requirement specified in the promotion details. If not specified, a 60x rollover will apply.
12. Sign-up bonuses and/or any other bonuses that do not require a prior deposit are valid for 15 days and have a 100x rollover requirement.
13. The rollover requirement may be higher for customers who receive large bonuses and/or special bonuses and/or who place a higher volume of bets.
14. The site hosts several free tournaments, awarding bonuses to the winners. These bonuses can be withdrawn once the respective rollover requirements for the promotion have been met. The site also hosts paid tournaments, in which the prizes are cash with no rollover requirements.

Payment of Accrued Amounts

1. As a general rule, certain winnings will be credited to the player’s account only after the player’s account has been verified and compliance with the rules has been confirmed, in the proportion of 50% as a bonus and 50% as cash (except for promotions and winnings that have specific terms differing from this).

2. Withdrawal payments resulting from jackpot winnings* may be made in monthly installments until the total amount is reached, provided the withdrawal request has not been canceled by the player.

(*) Winnings from a “Royal Flush” hand on video poker machines do not count toward the jackpot, and the cash-out rules will apply.

Player's Use of the Services

1. To access the Services, the player will be asked to provide personal information (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service or as part of the player’s continued use of the Services. The player agrees that the registration information provided to SEU LINDO SITE will always be accurate, correct, and up-to-date.
2. The user agrees to use the Services only for purposes permitted by: (a) the Terms; and (b) any laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
3. The user agrees not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface provided by SEU LINDO SITE, unless specifically authorized to do so in a separate agreement entered into with SEU LINDO SITE. The player specifically agrees not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through automated means (including the use of scripts or web crawlers).
4. The user agrees not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Services (or the servers and networks connected to the Services).
5. Unless specifically authorized by a separate agreement entered into with SEU LINDO SITE, the player agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, market, or resell the Services for any purpose.
6. The player agrees that he or she will be solely responsible (and that SEU LINDO SITE bears no liability to the player or any third party) for any failure to comply with his or her obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage that SEU LINDO SITE may suffer) resulting from such failure.
7. Users who win a prize exceeding R$5,000.00 must submit a testimonial, photo, and identification document for approval by the website in order to receive the prize. By using the website, users agree that their testimonial and photograph may be published on the website and/or other online and offline channels, including social media, for marketing purposes. The website will never reveal the user’s identity. It may reveal the user’s first name or nickname on the website, but never their last name or other personal information.

Abuse, Professional Gambling, and/or Intentional Fraud

Making a deposit with the explicit purpose of qualifying for chat or promotional bonuses, or to increase withdrawal eligibility, is considered intentional abuse. In such cases, at our discretion: deposits may be refunded; withdrawals may be refused; and/or withdrawals may be deemed invalid and the amount forfeited. In some cases, the system may prevent new deposits if a player’s account balance exceeds R$25.00.

Complementary bonuses are awarded to players as a way to extend their playing time and do not replace cash deposits or wagers. Winnings from no-deposit complementary bonuses may be ineligible for withdrawal. The site may remove and/or cancel improper winnings at any time without prior notice. The system may limit bonus receipts to twice the total amount deposited from Monday through Sunday during the previous week. Example: If the total deposited during the previous week was R$100, you may receive a maximum of 200BBs.

Any abuse deemed intentional that results from system failures and relates to bonus and promotional policies—which are governed by the website’s terms and conditions and/or promotional terms—may result in the cancellation of related winnings and the possible closure of the account.

In addition, any manipulation of our bonus system to avoid making new cash deposits and/or to facilitate subsequent withdrawals is considered intentional abuse. Players who engage in this behavior will have their bonus privileges suspended and may have their winnings and withdrawals voided.

If a player makes consecutive withdrawal requests followed by cancellations of those requests with the intent to abuse the bonus system and promotional rules, the withdrawal will be declined and the funds may be forfeited with no guarantee of a refund.

If a player has an account on more than one site in the International Brazilian Bingo Network, their simultaneous bets will be subject to review, and, at the site’s discretion, their winnings may be canceled in the event of abuse.

SEU LINDO SITE reserves the right to cancel any and all bets placed by any group of people who have conspired to defraud SEU LINDO SITE. This may include individuals, relatives, organizations, betting agents, and their employees.

The player is fully responsible for any amounts owed to SEU LINDO SITE. The player may not issue chargebacks or reverse any payment already made with respect to any amount owed to SEU LINDO SITE.

In the event of any suspicion of illegal or fraudulent activity on the part of the player, SEU LINDO SITE may withhold the funds in the player's account.

Illegal activity, misconduct, and conspiracy

We may have reason to suspect that you have been involved in fraudulent, improper, conspiratorial, deceptive, result-manipulating, manipulative, cheating, or other unacceptable activities (whether legal or not) in connection with your access to or use of the International Brazilian Bingo Network. Such activities may include (but are not limited to)

1. you use or attempt to use any hardware, techniques, or software-assisted methods to participate in any Game Product or to manipulate any games or other systems;
2. you introduce or attempt to introduce any virus or other malicious or harmful software into our systems;
3. you post or attempt to post any defamatory, obscene, abusive, or illegal material on our systems;
4. you conspire or attempt to conspire with another user or users of one of the Game Products;
5. you engage in any act intended to intentionally lose money to another player (such as chip dumping);
6. you abuse or misuse any deposit, bonus offer, or promotion offered by us;
7. you provide incorrect information;
8. you have multiple or aggregated accounts that collude or unfairly benefit one another.

If we have any suspicions, we reserve the right to take any measures we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to,

1. immediate suspension of your access to any games;
2. close your Player Account;
3. suspend your Player Account;
4. seize all funds in your Player Account; and
5. cancel any bets or wagers you have placed that we believe were made through such activity.

We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal penalties to the fullest extent possible against any Customer involved in fraud and to notify the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities, when appropriate. We reserve the right to withhold payment to any Customer accused of or suspected of fraud.

You shall indemnify us and be responsible for paying us, upon demand, all costs, expenses, or losses suffered or liabilities incurred by us (including any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, any loss of profits and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from your fraudulent, improper, conspiratorial, deceptive, result-manipulating, manipulative, cheating, or other unacceptable activity (whether legal or not).

If you intentionally circumvent the spirit of our deposit, promotional, and redemption rules, or manipulate gameplay and bets in an unfair manner, your accounts may be closed and your funds confiscated.

If you do not wager at least 1× the amount of a deposit you made.

Termination of the player's relationship with YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE

1. The Terms will remain in effect until they are terminated by the player or by SEU LINDO SITE, as set forth below.
2. If the player wishes to terminate their contract with SEU LINDO SITE, they may do so by notifying SEU LINDO SITE at any time. The player must send written notice to suporte@seulindosite.com.
3. YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE may terminate the contract with the player at any time if:
   1. the player has violated any provision of the Terms (or has acted in a manner that clearly indicates that he or she does not intend to or is unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms); or
   2. if required by law for YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE (for example, when the provision of the Services to the player is or becomes illegal); or
   3. the partner through which YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE provided the Services to the player has terminated its relationship with YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE or has ceased to provide the Services to the player; or
   4. if YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE is in the process of transitioning to a situation in which it no longer provides the Services to players in the country where the player resides or from which the player uses the Services; or
   5. the provision of the Services to the player by SEU LINDO SITE is no longer, in the opinion of SEU LINDO SITE, commercially viable.
4. Nothing in this Section shall affect the rights of SEU LINDO SITE with respect to the provision of Services.
5. Upon termination of these Terms, all rights, obligations, and liabilities that the player or YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE has enjoyed, has been subject to (or has accrued while the Terms were in effect), or that are expressly intended to remain in effect indefinitely shall not be affected by such termination, and the relevant provisions shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations, and responsibilities indefinitely.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

1. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT YOUR LINDO SITE'S LIABILITY OR WARRANTY FOR LOSSES THAT CANNOT BE LEGALLY EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental and consequential damages. CONSEQUENTLY, ONLY THOSE LIMITATIONS PERMITTED BY LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO YOU, AND OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
2. THE PLAYER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT THE PLAYER’S OWN RISK AND THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

4. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS OBTAINED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND THE PLAYER SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR ANY OTHER DEVICE, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA THAT OCCURS AS A RESULT OF DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIAL.

6. YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE ALSO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITIES, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. THE PLAYER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT SEU LINDO SITE, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PLAYER FOR:
   1. ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE PLAYER, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS (incurred directly or indirectly), any loss related to good faith or commercial reputation, any loss of data that the player may suffer, costs of acquiring goods or services, or any other intangible loss;
   2. ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT THE PLAYER MAY INCUR, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM:
      1. ANY EXPECTATION THE PLAYER MAY HAVE REGARDING THE INTEGRITY, ACCURACY, OR EXISTENCE OF ANY ADVERTISEMENT, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY RELATIONSHIP OR TRANSACTION WITH ANY ADVERTISER OR SPONSOR WHOSE ADVERTISEMENT APPEARS ON THE SERVICES;
      2. ANY CHANGES THAT YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE MAY MAKE TO THE SERVICES, OR ANY PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES (OR ANY FEATURES WITHIN THE SERVICES THEMSELVES);
      3. THE DELETION, CORRUPTION, OR INABILITY TO STORE ANY CONTENT OR OTHER COMMUNICATION DATA MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED BY OR THROUGH THE PLAYER'S USE OF THE SERVICES;
      4. THE PLAYER'S FAILURE TO PROVIDE YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE WITH CORRECT ACCOUNT INFORMATION;
      5. THE PLAYER'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF THEIR ACCOUNT DETAILS AND PASSWORD.
2. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OF SEU LINDO SITE TOWARD THE PLAYER, AS MENTIONED ABOVE, SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SEU LINDO SITE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OCCURRING.

Changes to the Terms

1. SEU LINDO SITE may periodically amend the Universal Terms or Additional Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the player agrees that YOUR BEAUTIFUL SITE may still seek injunctive relief (or an equivalent form of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
